I have been vegan for 50 years. Vegetarian for 56. I turn 70 years young this year and workout 4-5 days a week for an average of 3-4 hours. Been practicing yoga since 1952. 90%+ raw for 30 years. I write, research publish and produce audio visual products on yoga, nutrition, anti-aging, ancient healing systems and the healing secrets of the Essenes (writers of the Dead Sea Scrolls).
