Tour de France Vegan Meal Plan 5

1st breakfast: fruit salad (1 sliced banana, 2c pineapple, 2c berries); smoothie (1c coconut milk, 1 banana, fresh spinach, spirulina, 1c pineapple, 1c strawberries, 1c coconut water)
2nd breakfast/pre-race: 2c oatmeal, 4 slices sprouted grain toast w/ 2 Tb almond butter; 16oz fresh juice (2 carrots, 1 large apple, lemon, ginger, 1/2 bunch kale) 

On the bike

32oz coconut water;
10 dried papaya spears; 24 dates

green smoothie (1 large banana, spinach, spirulina, 1c strawberries, 16oz coconut water);

2 large baked potatoes


Recovery (immediately post-race): Smoothie: 12oz rice milk, 1/4c raw cacoa nibs, 1/2c raw hempseeds
Dinner: Salad (w/ mixed greens, 1 sliced avocado, grape tomatoes, pea pods, shredded carrot, sunflower sprouts, marinated beets, steamed green beans & 4 Tb tahini dressing); 2c brown rice; 1c brown lentils
