Beer Bread

Pint of Beer

  • 20 oz beer
  • 3 cups self rising whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup sugar in the raw

Mix until like taffy. Put in a greased pan. Bake at 400 for 30-35 min.

Ends up like a muffin consistency great for ripping apart and dipping in olive oil and spices.
