Makes approx. 2 cups
- 6 ounces (6 medium-large) shitake mushrooms, cleaned and chopped
- 3 ounces (3/4 cup) walnuts, soaked 12-24 hours
- 1 TBS flax oil
- 1 medium clove garlic
- 1 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 4 tsp. Nama Shoyu
- 2 TBS fresh lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tsp. marjoram
- 6 TBS water
1.Put all of the liquid ingredients in a blender first with the garlic and blend well.
2.Add the remaining ingredients and blend until fairly smooth.
3.Serve with crudités or crackers.
