Mushroom Walnut Dip PDF Print E-mail

Makes approx. 2 cups Image
  • 6 ounces (6 medium-large) shitake mushrooms, cleaned and chopped
  • 3 ounces (3/4 cup) walnuts, soaked 12-24 hours
  • 1 TBS flax oil
  • 1 medium clove garlic
  • 1 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 4 tsp. Nama Shoyu
  • 2 TBS fresh lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp. marjoram
  • 6 TBS water

1.Put all of the liquid ingredients in a blender first with the garlic and blend well.
2.Add the remaining ingredients and blend until fairly smooth.
3.Serve with crudités or crackers.
