Makes 1 1/2 cups
- 2 medium avocados
- 1-2 tsp. minced jalepeno
- 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1 TBS fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 3-4 TBS chopped cilantro
- 1/4 tsp. salt or to taste
1.Mash the avocados, lime juice and salt together in a bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
