Makes 3 cups
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, soaked for 1/2 hour
  • 1/2 cup chopped parsley
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/8 cup chopped onion
  • 2 TBS Nama Shoyu
  • 4 pitted soft dates
  • 2 medium garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp. rosemary
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • pinch of cayenne
1.Place all ingredients in a blender or Vitamix and blend until creamy and smooth.
