  • water from 2 young coconuts
  • meat from 1 young coconut
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 4-5 dates
  • ½ inch fresh vanilla bean
Blend all ingredients in blender. Save meat from 2nd coconut for salad or freeze to make coconut cream at a later date.
