Common Questions

Every vegetarian athlete has been asked "where do you get your protein?" a thousand times.  This and other questions fuel the many doubts and fears of adopting a plant-based diet.  But knowledge and information are the keys to expanding your your personal and athletic power, and the fact is that many athletes consider an organic, plant-based diet their "secret weapon."
