I'd like to start off by saying that I've fallen in love with Sonoma County. Every time I go outside I'm amazed by the beauty of the landscape. The sunset last night was stellar!

It may be 'cross season, but I'm still getting my run on. Riding a bike is great and all, but there is something about flying over the ground on two feet that just feels so natural.  Oh, and there is a 5k I want to hit hard this coming weekend.

The newest brainchild of OABoston is, you guessed it, an all vegan bowling team.  Inspired by a few overpriced beers and some stylish synthetic bowling shoes a couple of mates and I hit the lanes and thought that Boston Bowl could use a vegan team for league bowling night.  Green and orange bowling shoes, embroidered shirts, soy white russians, the ideas go on and on...

Perhaps its because of the "offical" summer solstice but I finally feel like I'm finally fully acclimated to the Austin summer weather. It felt AWESOME today to get out and run for two hours including mile intervals and hill repeats at noon in 100 degree's and be LOVING the heat!
