I never thought I should be afraid of Sasquatch until today. Now I have good reason to be. Miguel Crawford emailed me earlier this week about riding Old Caz. "Game on," I like to say to such adventures.

For most Americans, Thanksgiving is about turkey, stuffing, and stuffing oneself with both. For the 3 Americans and the 1 Canadian at the OrganicAthlete Training Center, our Thanksgiving Day experience was quite the opposite of the norm.

I gotta confess. The year end fundraising is slow to get started, and I'm thinking "will we make it?" I figure if I can ride up Coleman Valley 4 times, then reaching our fundraising goal should be nothing. $1, $2, $5, any amount helps. But more than donations, I love to hear what OrganicAthlete members and fans have to say. Share the love!

Kevin picked the last of the tomatoes and corn yesterday from the OATC garden and made delicious salsa. Time now to prepare the beds for winter.

Everyone's favorite vegan bodybuilder, Kenneth Williams, is set to set the stage tomorrow at the Natural Olympia XI in San Francisco tomorrow, November 8th.
