First race of the summer, first race report vlog, good stuff.

I know that before a race the general rule is to "play it safe" and not eat anything different, but there was a raw potluck last night and I just couldn't help myself..someone brought a fresh durian custard, (and I was just talking about how I had never had durian) and it OM NOMNOMNONOMNOM

While I'm in India I won't be able to bike or swim but I should be able to run a bit so well see what sorta shape I'm after I get back.
