With my current state of cycling fitness I can only dream of such feats. Tomorrow I'm hoping for some running form. I'm doing a 10K in Santa Rosa. I'll post a report afterwards.

Today, everyone from the OATC went down to World Vegetarian Day Celebration organized by the SF Vegetarian Society. It's a good event, and it's fun to see more and more people interested in getting involved with OrganicAthlete. It sure seems like there is quite a bit of interest in a San Francisco chapter. It would be great to see one get started!

Jurgen leaves on Tuesday. We'll miss him.
