San Diego:

Chris did a 8 hour, 2 person MTB bike relay race in Idyllwild a few weekends ago (instead of the standard 24 hr event) and came in about mid pack after repeating "just go slow and have fun" a million times. Some cash was raised for Jamie Whitmore (www.jamiewhitmore.com), the X-Terra tri world champ who is battling cancer. Pics are Here. Stu is doing his first full Ironman Nov. 1st and is signed up for the Avalon 50 mile trail run at Catalina in January. Gnarly!

Daniel volunteered for the BiketheBay fun ride September 7th. It was San Diego's first BiketheBay fun ride. Bikers rode over the huge Coronado bridge. There were 1800 riders who showed up and at least one OAer, Daniel, helping out where ever he could ;)
