September, October, and November are game on. This season has been rough with multiple injuries, plenty of work, and getting my running legs back. Through May, I had good form on the bike. Then I cracked a rib and couldn't do anything till mid-July. Then the Tour d'Organics hit like a freight train.

I've got my sights set on the Fall duathlon races in Northern California: Granite Bay, Santa Barbara, and Knight's Ferry. This will be good practice for next year's preparation for Duathlon Worlds. Oh, and I'm doing a Half Marathon on October 25th with our local chapter's training group.

I'm also doing my first triathlon on November 9th. I went swimming yesterday, and I didn't drown!
