Vegetarian Sports Nutrition - Review

The first read through I did on this book, I was not impressed. I thought a lot of the information was just a repeat of stuff I had read before. I decided to read through it again so I could be sure I was giving the book a unbiased review. I have changed my thinking and see this as a good book to have on your shelf. It has a lot of really good basic information on nutrition. There is also some more in depth information for those that are looking for more that just the basics, but in my seem very boring and hard to read through for some. There are parts in the book that are a little confusing or contradicting but overall you will have a lot of good information at your finger tips with this book.
