Hardest race/event you've ever done: First 24 hour relay mountain bike race about ten years ago. We didn't know what we were getting ourselves into!

Why vegan/veggie in 5 words or less: Save lives, feel good.

About yourself in 3-4 sentences: I'm a nerd who always studied or worked too hard to be on the cycling team, etc. But I've always wanted to be more than just a recreational cyclist. Maybe when I retire!!!

Reason(s) for joining Organic Athlete: When I started out I was about 17, and I didn't know any other vegans, let alone other vegans who were respected athletes. I found OA doing a Google search a few years ago and was so stoked. I am amazed how mainstream being vegan is now. It is so great to see vegan athletes starting to get respect in the "real world". Let's keep rockin' it.
